PRICES
One-hour treatments: £45
This includes foot and hand reflexology treatments.
​
A single reflexology treatment is the perfect way to relax and unwind when a little 'me time' is needed.
​
To support your wellbeing, I generally recommend a series of six treatments in order to see the biggest improvement. A maintenance programme will be discussed with you at this point to agree a treatment plan.

This 30 minute treatment is effective for fast and effective stress relief: £30

Please allow an extra 20-30 minutes for your first Reflexology treatment as a full medical history will be taken and an appropriate treatment plan discussed. The consultation is included free of charge.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5.30 - 8.00pm
Friday from 12.30 - 6.00pm
Saturday - 9.30am - noon.

Please note: I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for the cancellation of an appointment, otherwise a fee may be charged.
